Terms and Conditions

Scope of application: These GTC govern the sale and delivery of digital goods via the Pearphones webshop between the seller and the buyer.

Subject matter of the contract: The seller offers digital goods, in particular 3D print files for headphones, for sale.

Conclusion of contract: The contract is concluded upon confirmation of the order by the seller. The confirmation is sent by e-mail.

Prices and terms of payment: The prices are final prices. In accordance with § 19 UStG no sales tax is charged. Payment is made by prepayment, credit card, PayPal or other methods offered.

Provision of digital goods: The digital goods will be made available after receipt of payment. The buyer will receive a download link by e-mail.

Right of withdrawal and loss of the right of withdrawal: The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen days. The revocation must be made in writing. The buyer loses the right of withdrawal upon completion of payment for the digital goods.

Rights of use: The buyer is granted the right to use the digital goods for personal use. Copying, duplicating or passing on to third parties is prohibited.

Warranty: The statutory warranty rights apply.

Final provisions: Should individual provisions of these GTC be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
